NECRO GROOVES FAQ
1. How will I receive my MIDI pack after purchase?
You’ll get a secure digital download link by email immediately after checkout. The link is valid for 24 hours — be sure to save the files locally.
2. What happens if I lose my download?
Email us at support@necrogrooves.com with your order email and the pack name. We'll resend your download link within 24 -48 hours.
3. Do you charge tax?
No. As a small Canadian supplier, we're not required to collect GST/HST at this time.
4. Can I create an account to redownload purchases later?
Not currently. Squarespace doesn’t support customer accounts for digital downloads. If you need a re-download, just email us. We’re exploring options for customer accounts in the future.
5. What DAWs or plugins are compatible?
All files are General MIDI mapped. They work with:
Superior Drummer 3
EZdrummer
GetGood Drums
Logic Pro, Cubase, Reaper, Studio One, etc.
Or any GM-compatible drum software
6. Can I use these MIDI grooves in commercial music?
Yes — all grooves are 100% royalty-free for music production. You may use them in your tracks, demos, and releases. Just don’t resell or distribute the raw MIDI files.
7. What BPMs are supported?
Each pack includes grooves built at specific BPMs (listed on each product page). Grooves are usable in a range of ±10 BPM from the listed tempo — but there are no strict rules. Use what sounds good.
8. How are the files organized?
Files are grouped by type (e.g., Blasts, Breakdowns, Fills). Some files are labeled “Verse,” “Intro,” etc., but feel free to use them wherever they fit — naming is only a guide.
9. Do you offer free samplers?
Yes — a free sampler pack is in the works. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to get it when it drops.
10. Do you offer bundles or discounts?
Yes — we announce special bundles, drops, and limited offers via email and social media.
11. Can I request a genre or style for future packs?
Absolutely. We love feedback. Drop us a message on social or email with your request.
12. Do you accept returns or refunds?
All Necro Grooves products are delivered as digital downloads, and all sales are final. Once purchased and delivered, there is no way to return them. Because digital files can be copied and stored instantly, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges except in cases of duplicate purchase. If you experience technical issues with your download, please contact us at support@necrogrooves.com so we can help.

13. Are your MIDI packs truly metal-only?
Yes. Necro Grooves is 100% dedicated to extreme metal — black, death, thrash, deathcore, doom, power, and beyond. We don’t make pop or rock packs. Just true metal MIDI drums.
14. Can I use these in YouTube videos or streaming content?
Yes — you can use our MIDI grooves royalty-free in YouTube videos, Twitch streams, or any other content. Just don’t redistribute the raw MIDI files themselves.
15. How soon will new packs be released?
We’re dropping new MIDI drum packs regularly. Follow us on Instagram, YouTube, or sign up to the Necro Grooves newsletter to stay updated.
16. What do you do with my email address?
If you sign up for our newsletter or place an order, we only use your email address to send you updates, promotions, and order confirmations. We never sell or share your information.

17. Does this include drum sounds or a VST plugin?
No. This product contains MIDI grooves only. You need a compatible drum sampler (e.g., Superior Drummer, EZdrummer, SSD5).
